horseradish mayo served with Onion Straws.
Fritz Chardonnay
This wine also comes from the Russian River Valley and has an apple theme
continuing with golden delicious reference points followed by lemon zest
flavors and pie crust notes. This leads to the finish which features a
tremendous wallop of spice and mineral notes including nutmeg, clove,
cardamom and white pepper.

Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine from Napa Valley showcases deep berry flavors, intriguing
vanilla and a smooth finish.

White Fish baked with a Thai Myrtle Rub.
Kenwood Red Zinfandel
A simple Zinfandel from the Sierra Foothills in California with cherry and
pepper on the nose. The palate is dominated by sour cherry with
blackberry and tar underneath it. It’s well balanced and enjoyable.

A dessert of ladyfingers soaked in espresso and laced with rum layered
with a cream and mascarpone cheese.
Zaca Mesa Z Cuvee
Raspberry and blackberry aromas are a touch jammy and straightforward but
offer immediate appeal. Fleshy and sweet, with deep red fruit preserve
flavors.
