Haras de Pirque Chardonnay
Young and
fresh, rich in citrus and melon flavors, the long finish prolongs the
pleasure with a pronounced mineral presence and a hint of wood.

This traditional Peruvian delight is made with chicken and
rice.
Succulent roasted chicken served with rice which has been slowly cooked
with carrots, cilantro, garlic, jalapeños and chicken drippings.
Calina Reserva
Carménère
Dark with purple hues, the
aromas are intense with ripe berries, smoked bacon, sweet cotton candy,
“grandma’s spice-box” and hints of vanilla. The tannins are well
integrated; the finish is medium to long and elegant with spice and hints of
oak.

A Mexican
Classic served with cinnamon and brown sugar made fresh and delicious.
Portal Fine Tawny Port
Aged ten years
in oak this is a fine way to end a great meal it has beautiful color and a
very smooth, warm mouth feel, not overly sweet. This is a sherry man’s
port.
