The herbaceousness follows through to the palate, but it is the wonderful fruity, citrus finish that lingers in the memory. It is well balanced and fresh with excellent acidity.

Fillet Oscar

Tender fillet of beef seared and topped with jumbo lump crab meat and hollandaise sauce.  Served over fresh crunchy green beans.

 Oberon Cabernet

Dark violet in color with ruby reflections. Begins with notes of mineral, fresh herbs, tobacco and flowers, followed by flavors of figs. The palate is lush and juicy, with concentrated tannins and fresh fruit flavors.
