This traditional Russian pie is a
yeast roll filled with beef, onions and cabbage;
served with a Russian salad of potatoes, peas, carrots and a creamy dill
mayonnaise.
Red
Diamond Merlot
Aromas of sweet cherry and cream
soda introduce this
Merlot. The soft palate displays flavors of red berries, juicy plums
and a touch of caramel with a soft inviting finish.

Chardonnay of great balance and authority with aromas of green apple

is a big powerful burgundian style Chardonnay.

Beef Stroganoff with Fried Potatoes
Thin slices of beef fillet in a creamy sauce with tomato and
herbs and a little green peppercorn served with fried potato slices.

A well balanced, structured wine with supple tannins, bright
acidity and flavors of spicy red
and rich black fruits
which are intensified by aromas of currants, cedar and black tea.

Little Blueberry Pies
With whipped cream and ice cream

A rich golden color with abundant
